What we collect
When you send a cake enquiry we collect your name, your WhatsApp number and your answers about the cake (design code, occasion, size, flavour, date and so on). That is all. We never ask for payment details on this website.
Why
To price your cake, confirm your date and deliver your order. A copy of each enquiry is saved on our website and emailed to us, so nothing is lost if WhatsApp does not open on your device.
When you tap "Send on WhatsApp", your answers open in WhatsApp as a message to us. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
Who sees it
Only Annisha Ahamed and anyone directly helping fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for visitors. Your browser remembers your answers while you fill in the steps, on your device only. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful; it sets its own cookies and collects anonymous usage information. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
